  I was very skeptical about another Mediterranean restaurant in the area however, the have unique flavors i have not had and can not get in other restaurants in the areas. I find myself thinking of them as my first thought for something fast AND healthy. As someone always watching my food intake and who appreciates vivid flavor CAVA should be your number one destination!

  The food was good but I asked if my dish was vegan multiple times and no one knew so I googled it and it said it was. Then they added cheese to it. So I had to scoop out the cheese. Was it the end of the world? No. Did I ask for it to be vegan several times? Yes.

  I placed a pick up order. My avocados basically black in some spots, I didn’t get the dressing I requested in the side. This is my first time eating here and I probably won’t be back since I don’t like eating food that looks absolutely a mess.

  Great atmosphere, but their veggies were all going bad. avocado was brown, cucumbers were going soft on the edges, tomatoes were browning and some weren’t ripe, and the lettuce and arugula was browning. They put the wrong sauce on my bowl. Not sure if it was just time of day. Have had Cava in California and it was great there.

  I enjoy the food at Cava! It’s healthy and better for you nutrition wise. Depending on who your server is will determine how much food you’ll get. Some servers will give a little more than others. I like the grain and protein bowls. My only issue is my first couple of visits they were not including the pita bread with your meal. I didn’t know it was included until a family member told me it’s part of the meal. My most recent visit I asked about the bread and luckily it was already being included with my meal. This is a fairly new business here in Jacksonville NC but I would assume during training that the employees would have been told to include the pita bread with each meal. Hopefully, they will get it right on a regular basis and not every now and then. Other than that the food and atmosphere is pretty good!
