  I’ve frequented this BoJ many times over the years and as of late it has become comically terrible. I’ve worked food service previously and would never leave a review based on a single visit. Today’s visit was by far the worst service I’ve had there but the one previously last month is a close second. Waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Time doesn’t include waiting to place my order. It was during lunch so a wait was expected, however, having a call in order take precedence over the line of waiting customers in your face is ridiculous. One worker putting together 6 tailgates on the line where the other two workers could not work on waiting in restaurant customers. My order was simple: 12 supremes, 4 biscuits, 2 large fries and a drink. The positive: sweet girl gave me hot fries and threw out the ones sitting packed for 20 of those waiting minutes. No one else seemed to care. It was complete chaos and no good management seen. Perhaps the manager was on break?

  I went here yesterday night, and while my food was amazing, the service was horrible. The worker helping was very rude along with the manager who was worst than the worker. I feel like if you work in a food industry you should have good customer service. Being nice isnt hard.

  Hands down worst Bojangles in town. Congratulations. Consistently worst customer service, wrong orders every time and massive wait times.

  This is my first time having Bo'jangles in more than 15yrs and omgoodness!!!! I was beyond happy to have their delicious chicken strips with their amazing ranch dipping sauce, their perfectly flaky, moist, buttermilk biscuits that just melt in your mouth. Paired with seasoned fries, washed down with a deliciously sweet Dr. Pepper. 10/10
