- LBL BApr 11, 20262.0Unfortunately, I see why the store has such a low review. I placed an order on Uber eats for two separate 1 scoop flavors. When my order arrived, I only had one in the bag but 2 spoons. I automatically assumed my driver stole the item from my order, but before accusing them, I decided to call the store to verify. The store just says “ that flavor is out” . This is an example of poor customer service and communication. They either should’ve communicated that with the pick up driver to get in contact with me to substitute for a different flavor or they just could’ve substituted it for the same flavor as my other one. It was all the same price, but they decided to give me one scoop. 17$ for a scoop of icecream is crazy. On top of the employees poor customer service and communication… smh.

We get there and the old lady working is already closed up. She is hiding in the dark inside. At this time it's 11:35. We go to the drive through and no answer. So we knock at the front door as she's in there and she looks at us and hides. So we knock at the drive through window and she comes up and says they are closed at 11:40. 🙄

How does it not compute that if it is running down your hand then it will run down my hand and on to anything it touches in my car?!? I just knew i would get a bag this time since i had to pull up. She would surely not bring both of them to me in her hands. I was shocked when she did! I will always eat B&R, but i will not buy from you again when you hand me my items dripping and or not in a bag! This i promise you!

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
