    I had a very poor experience at this new Wingstop location around 9 PM on a Friday night. The store was not busy and appeared fully staffed, yet no one acknowledged me when I walked in to pick up my to-go order. After assisting the customer in front of me, the employee at the counter turned his back and began a personal conversation with another staff member, both of whom ignored me despite my order clearly being ready. I waited several minutes before having to speak up just to receive my food. After being handed my order, I was not given my drinks and was again ignored until I had to ask a second time. When they were finally made, one of the drinks was noticeably diluted (half tea, half water), which was unacceptable. While my food was correct, the complete lack of basic customer service and professionalism made this a very disappointing experience.especially for a new location. Management should address staff training and accountability, as this is not a good representation of the brand.

    First off the food was spot on. If I was rating the food alone and speed of which I got my meal it would be 5 stars. When I arrived to pick up the food, the door was locked and I had to be let in by another customer. I walked in was immediately met with very loud and vulgar music that had several curse words and was talking about drugs. There were three employees who seemed to not care one bit about the 4-5 people standing in the small lobby. The two girls were on their phones leaning on the counter and no one greeted a customer or had any sign of a good attitude. The one guy I saw behind the counter was fine and at least asked if I ordered a drink with my meal and he could probably do fine with some coaching. I am a manager in the service industry and if that was my location I would get rid of the two clock riding girls with bad attitudes there right now and start over. Probably the worst environment and customer experience I’ve had in years. It’s a nice area and a great location for Wing Stop but those employees don’t deserve a job and will bring that place down quickly. I hope it makes a quick turn around because as stated in the beginning, the food was good.

    Horrible experienced literally waited outside for 1 hour for my order. Never received my food spent $30 and cancelled my order only thing they said was 7-10 days to get refunded.so unorganized will definitely not be back to this location.

    Previous review is accurate. There are a bunch of kids in there playing vulgar music that don't know what they are doing. I canceled my order after reading the reviews and they don't have anything to give you showing you have been refunded besides waiting 7-10 days. Saw the cashier hand a customer his drinks with soda spilled all on the sides. Most of the workers are in the back leaned against the counter completely lost. Customers standing all outside with no idea of when their food will come.

    Hard to rate the food when we never got it. Walked into high school aged kids playing rap music and joking around with each other while a lobby full of people waited. I provided my name and let them know I ordered online. I was told by the kid at the front that “there are 4 screens in front of you.” And pointed to screens with what seemed to be 10 orders each. I clarified that there are 40 orders in front of me even though I placed my order at 6:15pm to pick up at 7:45pm. After waiting 30 minutes I gave up and had them cancel my order. No food and out $35 until the refund posts in 2 days (supposedly)
