  I’ve been coming to this sonic for years but within the past year the service and quality have tanked severely. Consistently understaffed, I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for my mobile order, and it seems only one person is working. Management has done nothing to rectify this, it’s actually only gotten worse.

  My sister and I received our food at 2:08pm on March 24th. Chai told my sister and I she would be back with our change. She took roughly 15 minutes to grab 92 cents and looked pissed off that she had to give me 92 cents. She had a bit of an attitude. If she hates her job so much, she needs to look into getting a new one.

  Poor service. Sat in vehicle for 10 minutes and couldn't even get my order taken. Finally left. I am so tired of poor lazy service.
