  I go through their drive thru a few times a week and I never have to wait very long, even if there’s a decent line. My order is always correct and the workers are friendly.

  The bagel was hot but everything else was terrible. I was the only person in the drive through and ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese. It took 7 minutes before anyone came to the window to take my payment with no apology for the delay. It took another 3 minutes before I received my bagel with cream cheese cup and when I opened the bag, there was no knife to spread the cream cheese. I will not be returning to this Panera.

  Disappointing experience at the Indian Trail Panera. We ordered two Chx Fuji Apple Sal—one dine-in and one to-go—but both were brought out as dine-in. When we pointed it out, the staff said the food couldn’t go back to the kitchen and handed us a container so we could pack it ourselves. Our friend’s soup was served cold, and the solution was to microwave it. After heating, it tasted odd and had to be replaced. When the two soups were side-by-side, the difference was obvious—one was much darker and looked overcooked or burned. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had subpar service at this location.
