  I got the new HUNTER/X meal and it was phenomenal other than the fact they forgot my sauce I mean I get it your busy and whatnot so yeah not upset but if you were out of them it would of been nice to gotten told that. But otherwise ama,ing service. The guy at the first windows was nice, he repeated my whole order to make sure it was right. I would highly recommend this McDonald's but only this location I haven't been to another and don't plan to so if your going to a new McDonald's go to this one.

  I have made this my go to lunch stop these last few months. It is close to my work and I don't have to pull out into that wonderful Indian Trail traffic. They always get me through the drive through fast and my food always come hot and delicious. I highly recommend if you want to get in and out quickly with friendly service.

  I had to go twice got my food wrong twice lady with blond hair was helpful only reason the service got 3 stars my fry’s half full burgers in correctly made and when fixed still missing ingredients just seemed like more sauce was add to only two and the others they didn’t care to touch fixed the buns on the order though I go a few times here and there and more often then not have problems with the McDonald’s on Indian trail don’t recommend going

  I’ve had better experiences at McDonald’s. The restaurant was clean, but the wait time was longer than expected even though it wasn’t very busy. My order was correct, but the food wasn’t very hot and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was friendly, but overall it was an average experience.

  I waited 40 minutes for my order. That's a very long time. I placed my order at 6:06 p.m. On my receipt, the order was marked as completed, but I was still waiting. After 15 minutes, I approached the staff to ask how much longer it would take, and I was told to continue waiting. After another 15 minutes, I asked again and received the same response. When the total waiting time reached 40 minutes, I approached the staff once more, and only then did they start preparing my order. When I finally sat down to eat, I realized that the sauces I requested were missing. I had to go back again and wait about 5 more minutes to receive them. By that time, my food had already become cold. Throughout this experience, the staff did not seem polite or interested in helping. I was very disappointed with the service.
