    Would give 0 stars if I could manager on duty Sunday, Oct.26th at 4:11pm was very unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant. Employee told me the managers name was Kiara , host name was Kayla. Will be reaching out to corporate.

    I went through the drive-thru today around 4pm. When we got home, we realized we were missing fries. (And, of course, they never gave us a receipt.) We tried calling the store numerous times, but no one picked up just endless ringing, which is ridiculous. So, we drove all the way back just to get our missing food. We got back in the drive-thru and asked for a manager. The manager, Kiara, walked up to the window and when we asked why the phones weren’t working she responded with the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard: "I wasn't in the office, wassup." When we calmly explained the issue of the missing food, she got immediately nasty. She had a total attitude, a stank face and was completely dismissive. When asked for her name, she pretended not to hear and shut the window and said something that made all the other employees around her laugh. The employee who finally handed us the missing food actually told us that Kiara was the manager’s name. Zero apology offered. They need to train their people better, starting with management. Zero stars, would not recommend.

    Waited 30 minutes to get our order took just for them to say they don't have any money to brake a 100.00 bill smh how you run a franchise like that and can't even brake a 100 will never go back to that Wendy's and highly do not recommend going there

    Not very happy with this trip. I know it's just fast food however when I look forward to a spicy chicken sandwich all I'm given on it is a small slap of mayo and a sprinkle of lettuce.. I want what's advertised.
