  Not all Bojangles are the same. This Bojangles was as good as it gets. A Bojangles a couple miles away was horrible. The service here was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and cooked properly. The food quantity was excellent. I feel like I got good value for the money spent. The restaurant was very clean and maintained. The restaurant down the road was deficient in all these areas and if that was my only Bojangles experience, I wouldn’t go back to a Bojangles. This one however was great and would highly recommend it.

  I had the most disgusting encounter with a lady that was working at the front window today. So me and my friends had went inside to order but when we got in there they were telling us that the register was only taking cash at the moment. So then we all went through the drive-thru to order, I ordered first and then I made it clear that it would be two separate orders. So then I get up to the window and the lady tells me the price and I tell her that the order should have been split, she proceeds to get loud and aggressive with me just because she had to split the orders, when I clearly stated while I was ordering that it would be TWO SEPARATE ORDERS! She says to me “WHAT IS YOUR DRINK!!!” and then she says “YOU ARE CONFUSING ME”. This is HIGHLY unacceptable, I do not care how frustrated she might have been you just don’t talk to people like that ESPECIALLY when none of that was my fault. If they can’t understand what “two separate orders” mean then that’s NOT my problem and that should NOT be taken out on me.
