  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The service and overall quality were not up to standard, and the environment didn’t feel welcoming. Because of this, I decided to stop coming here and switched to Chex grill & Wings near Walmart just 2 minutes away, which has been much better.

  I work nearby and this is the closest option with healthy, gluten sensitive choices. The line is always moving and the staff is the best.

  I've been meaning to update my review for a while now but it keeps getting worse. Chick-fil-A, generally speaking, was the standard bearer for the best customer service. People used to make jokes about how incredibly friendly and helpful Chick-fil-A staff was. I guess they just figured it was a given? Maybe they assumed, since everyone knows they're nice they don't have to tell their employees to be nice anymore? I don't know. Lately, it has shifted so far in the opposite direction I feel as if I'm interrupting something or being a burden on the order takers. We finally started taking advantage of the Mobile-Thru, not for convenience, but to avoid the obnoxious attitudes and behavior of the order takers. Now the food: I normally wait no less than 5 minutes after placing my order to receive my food. Sometimes, during peak operations, it will take upwards of 10 minutes. Now, if I have to wait 10 minutes for food I expect the food to be hot and freshly prepared but it usually is not. I used to comment that there's no need to check the order for accuracy at Chick-fil-A. Well, that was in the past. I've been to this Chick-fil-A location twice in the past week and my order was wrong both times. Tonight I ordered a Chicken Club without Lettuce or Tomato. It had Tomatoes AND PICKLES? Not only are they screwing up my request, they're adding ingredients that weren't even supposed to be there. The bun was dry, the sandwich was made wrong, the bacon was not crispy, the chicken patty was not hot and everything tasted like pickles. The fries, which were missing entirely from my last order, were cold and soggy. At least I got them this time! The Diet Coke was great! Keep up the good work whoever is making the drinks! Don't say I don't give credit where credit is due. I'm just over it. I'm sure my wife and kids will drag me out to Chik-fil-A against my better judgment. Hopefully it gets better.

  I want to emphasize my review is based on the service. We love Chick-fil-A and the food is always amazing and everything flows smoothly, you guys are awesome. However, what my husband and I don’t appreciate is the lack of respect from behind the counter. If you have a line forming at the register, please don’t be on your phone and have your back turned to the customer. I also understand it was shift change, but at the same time, there was a miscommunication with our order and the fact that we had to stand there waiting to be acknowledged is very disappointing. If you’re on the clock, please don’t be on your phone.
