  Tried giving my order and it was AI. Truly sucked! Couldn't get it right. Tried to give me things I didn't order. In top of it, I paid enough for a meal in a short down Mexican restaurant. Taco Bell, you truly screwed the pooch this time. Never again. Oh... and the didn't have Dr. Pepper.

  Please check on the older lady with the patchy face that is always working the To-Go Window. She always disappears from the window and we end up waiting forever for food.

  You cannot buy anything here without using the kiosk. Even if the people that work there aren't doing anything. They will not accept an order. The burritos are mushy and like definition and they're not cheap anymore at all. Chipotle here I come

  They close at 3am however they easily tell customers they stop taking orders at 230, god forbid you arrive at 235am. Lazy service

  A few months ago this place was the worst. Forgetting orders, only taking mobile orders. As of the last few weeks there is a different late night crew and they are doing a great job. My order is not missing things and they are nice and do a good job. I don’t know there names but the Hispanic lady on 3 rd shift and her new workers are doing a great job. It’s nice after working all afternoon and night when we are hungry that we can count on them. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.
