I walked in and although they were busy the team lead Ashley made sure to greet me and asked me how I was doing today. She then helped me find my online order and she realized that I was there much earlier than my co-worker had scheduled it for. Rather than tell me that we were idiots and we came at the wrong time she proceeded to check to see the status of the order and even offered me a drink while I waited. The order was going to take another 30 minutes or so before it was ready so I left to run some errands and when I came back everything was ready and delicious as usual. This is definitely the most well run Panera I have ever been to. Thank you guys for the great service! If you can find a way to clone that team lead, do it! She understands great customer service and it comes naturally to her.
