We stopped in and went to the register to order bc we like 1 basic modification on a sandwich (add pickles) that’s not an option for that specific item on the kiosk. After going to the register the manager came out and told us to use the kiosk and they don’t take orders via register anymore and walked away before we could even say anything. We were gonna just suck it up and not get our usual orders bc we were so hungry. I put in a code at the kiosk for a free any size fry, and the only option it gave was a small. We ended up cancelling our ordering and leaving. Any other times that I have actually ate at this location the food is barely warm and seems like it’s been left out for a long time. We’ve given up on this location.

12:35pm on Easter I experience a very ride drive through cashier . I ended up canceling my order and going to a different one. He was a black male in the first window . It’s not ok to treat customers any kind of way and expect us to continue to support your business . I have small children so I go there often after church. Moving forward I will not!!

Mc Arch—what a huge mistake to have wasted my money on that tasteless, insipid piece of cardboard. There’s nothing new about it; it’s disgusting—a0/10 for both innovation and flavor. It's great that other restaurants are already opening up right next to this cardboard factory. No good McDonald'

After dropping my son off at the nearby elementary school, I decided to stop in for a sit‑down breakfast and let the I‑77 traffic calm down. The moment I walked through the doors, I heard a voice that stopped me in my tracks — a raspy, soulful, angel‑like voice calling out: “Are you good, sir!” “Have a nice day, baby!” “Do you need some help!” I’ll be honest: this is not the typical McDonald’s experience. Her warmth wasn’t routine customer service — it was genuine, lived‑in kindness. It intrigued me so much that I pulled Ms. Laura aside just to learn more about her. She shared that she’s from a small town in North Carolina, and when her home store closed, she was transferred to this location. And suddenly everything made sense. She brought that small‑town spirit with her — the kind where people still look you in the eye, speak from the heart, and treat strangers like neighbors. Ms. Laura is a product of a small town with a humongous, joyful personality. She turned an ordinary breakfast stop into a reminder that kindness still exists in the world — and sometimes it shows up in a McDonald’s uniform, greeting you before you’ve even had your coffee. @AdrianSmith #AdrianSmith

I had just arrived after a long drive from Maryland with my two small children (1 and 2 years old), who were understandably tired. While ordering through the drive-thru, I asked for a moment because I was translating due to a language barrier. There were no other cars behind me, so there was no reason to rush. The employee became rude and disrespectful, telling me to keep my children quiet—which is completely unrealistic for toddlers, especially after hours in a car. She then stopped responding to me. When I pulled up to the window, there was no one there. I got out to ask for help, and when another employee called her, she refused to assist me and shut the window. I felt disrespected and discriminated against due to the language barrier. This was unacceptable customer service, especially toward a mother with small children. I hope management addresses this situation seriously.
