  This place used to be amazing, but over the last few months, something insane has happened to the service. I’m regularly waiting 20-30 minutes in a drive thru with less than 5 cars. Maybe there’s been a management change, but it’s unbearably slow now.

  The people that work here are just disgusting. Very rude . Very nasty. Will laugh in your face then take 30-35 minutes to give you your order. Nasty store, nasty people. I wouldn’t eat here if I were you….

  A few months ago this place was the worst. Forgetting orders, only taking mobile orders. As of the last few weeks there is a different late night crew and they are doing a great job. My order is not missing things and they are nice and do a good job. I don’t know there names but the Hispanic lady on 3 rd shift and her new workers are doing a great job. It’s nice after working all afternoon and night when we are hungry that we can count on them. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

  We placed a pretty large order. They forgot our churros when I asked them for it i got bug attitude. My quessadilla wasn't cut the steak burrito I ordered was ground beef they were out if ice. I got a soft taco that was just cold cheese no meat no veggies just a large dollop of cheese

  Neighbor placed a nearly $100 order for my birthday, went inside to pick up, no order to be found. One guy tried super hard to help us while also still working, his coworkers put forth zero effort and were in his words “scattered”. Redid order, left an hour later than previously planned, bag was missing two burritos and taco shells were severely cracked. Last time we were here, they couldn’t take drive thru orders unless placed online. This is a treat for us since we rarely eat fast food and so this has been really disappointing.
