- TETom E1 day ago1.0They have an AI bot for the drivethrough and it sucks, told us that stuff was unavailable that the human staff was actually able to make for us, and generally could not understand what we were asking for. Once we got a human on the drivethrough speaker, the service was great, especially from the old lady who handed us our food

Not one time have we gotten crunchy shell tacos where they don't split along the bottom when biten into and/or stick to the wrapper and end up splitting and the filling falls out! They're coming out with new items instead they need to fix their crunchy shell tacos! Very disappointed tacos fan!

Never got my food, requested refund and was told to contact corporate on the app. Give me my money back.
