My girlfriend and I have decided that we won't be coming back to this location. We ordered two subs through the app. After we picked them up we saw that my girlfriend's sub was missing at least three toppings and the topping that she wanted extra of were at regular portions. I understand that mistakes happened, but when I went back and calmly asked for a new sandwich with the original sandwich and the ticket I did not get great service. One of the managers ended up making the replacement, but it still was missing tomatoes. She did not speak to me or look at me at all. The employees spoke amongst themselves without addressing and me and I did not receive even a token apology. The vibes were not pleasant in the slightest.

We don’t realize often times how much the service workers who serve us make up the majority of our restaurant experiences. So grateful to have met her. You ca tell she is thankful for her job and that matters!!!!
