  Rolled in for my 6pm decaf ice coffee with cream and Stevia. It did not disappoint. Great customer service from the window lady, and tasty brew. 10 outta 10. I would recommend.

  The Only reason they getting a 5 stars is Morgan. She's the best worker there by FAR and she needs a raise expeditiously... Hell make her the GM.

  DOORDASH REVIEW: Although I have ordered from here before this is a doordash review. It was a hot day so walking into this establishment felt refreshing as it was a bit cooler. The staff greeted me when I walked in and that was pleasant because not most establishments do that, oddly enough. My order was not ready but they gave me an approximate time which was almost right on cue. They kept me updated after the status of my order and I heard them communicating amongst one another to make sure that I got my order and a timely fashion. As a visiting patron I believe that your service will be prompt and you will be attended to with respect by the staff. It's a franchise establishment so everyone pretty much knows the menu. And what they have to offer. The food is what you would expect from the average Dunkin' donuts so not much to compliment on there. All in all, if you are into donuts and coffee and snackeries like such, I would recommend giving them a try at this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at your location today around 11:15 AM. The young man working the drive-thru window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I ordered hash browns and a matcha latte. The hash browns were cold and tasted old not up to your usual standard. As for the matcha, I had requested it with vanilla, but no one at the speaker mentioned that vanilla wasn’t available. Instead, I was given French vanilla, which I dislike. The drink also didn’t have the vanilla cream cold foam I paid for. When I brought this up, I was told it was “mixed in,” which clearly wasn’t the case. Due to the line behind me, I said I’d taste it and return if needed. After realizing I truly didn’t like it, I came back around and politely asked for a refund. Instead of processing the refund, the employee took my drink wordlessly, brought it back remade (which I did not ask for), and claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because “we throw away receipts.” When I explained I didn’t like the drink, his response was, “You ordered it.” That tone and response were completely unacceptable and showed no regard for customer service. This entire interaction left me frustrated and unwelcome. I won’t be returning to this location due to the poor service and lack of accountability.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed with the team.
