- GPGabe PerkinsNov 7, 20251.0i went into this dunkin at like 6:30 on 11/7/25 and i placed my order on the kiosk and genuine ly waited 10 minutes for one of the 5 workers to even step foot out of the back area and when they did they were using my drink to train someone which is fine i get it but i ordered a cold brew and i guess they were out and then they told the trainee to just make it regular iced coffee and add a double shot of espresso to my drink instead of asking me if i wanted anything else i also asked for extra ice and i swear there is literally 7 ice cubes in my drink and tastes like char on a steak horrible food horrible service i used to work at a dunkin it’s genuinely not that hard
