  I cannot rate the food as I was buying it for a client. However, when I went through the drive through I waited for a bit before I had to say "Good morning, Hello.." at which point the person asked if they could help me and I ordered one dozen assorted doughnuts. At the window, I couldn't see the screen on the payment app because of the sun, but I could have sworn the person said it's asking you for a tip (maybe he said tap but that was a strange way to phrase it). In any case , he took it back inside the window and took the payment but he also kept looking at my card, which made me a little nervous. Also I had asked for receipt, a bag and a bunch of napkins since these doughnuts were going to a client. The doughnuts were in a bag as requested and I did get the receipt when he handed back my card , but I got maybe five napkins.

  I would drive miles just for customer service young gal at the window attitude sucks from hello at the drive thru like fr and questions I ask about and item her responses were rude and so I went back in and thru my drink away 10 min to remake the one I ordered correctly from the git-go and so i parked car and went in thru drink away and I guess they allow her to act this way bc look I went in and just paid for a new one and watched it being made and it taste like crap for 5$ i paid a total 17$ and for a nasty crossoint and nasty brown sugar expresso usually my go to bc the ppl always are nice but this morning was horrible

  There's 1 girl there that will make your food cold if you don't tip her in drive through, they'll hold the card reader out the window so you have to consider tipping. I'll avoid this place for now and give it another chance later.

  I can only give 2 stars because the cashier didn’t greet me until I got her attention and she didn’t give me a warm welcome. The store looks clean and the grade is good but the outdoors looked awful due to trash, it’s not inviting at all.
