- MBMamie BarneyDec 28, 20251.0I received a coupon via email. When I pressed redeem now and tried to log in it immediately said my account was locked. I called domino's at Rosedale and was treated badly on the phone by the association that answered the phone and the manager. At this point, I am honestly questioning whether the coupons via email ever work. I was told they could not do anything and to call corporate. I called corporate and couldn't get through to a human, due to so many pressure sales for things not even related to pizza. There are many other Pizza places to choose from, so obviously, I will not be returning to domino's.

I’m glad I gave it another shot because the manager, Evan , and the girl with braids were awesome! Very personable, made my pizza and pasta fast, and made me feel very welcome. Great team, great food! Glad this store has gotten better , especially late at night when I would typically come. Would recommend.

Online they wont allow you add it but I never have an issue with getting them to add it at any other location. A little girl who claimed to be the manager refused to appease the customer. Then I got home and my pizza was horrible! Just as dry as can be when I know I selected alfredo sauce. When I called back and spoke with the actual manager (not the girl who claimed she was one the first time) I was able to get my money back. First and last time ordering from this location and unfortunately Im still hungry. Never again!

I will say that the managers are calm, but they aren’t good at giving a better solution other than telling you to keep waiting. At my home pizza place that I normally go to, which is another Domino’s located in Charlotte. They always call if they’re going to be delayed really bad. They always give me an option . I’m very disappointed. My food is cold and I didn’t even get a fork for my pasta! I’m around a lot of food places and could’ve made other arrangements. They did not consider me as the customer at all. I come from service industry so I get it, but your always supposed to accommodate the customer, especially if you’re the one who’s causing it even if you are short staff.

The staff were all friendly while working hard to manage a large line of customers. Could not have been a better experience ordering from this store.
