    I placed an order and ended up having to cancel because the store said they had another large order at the same time. The app said 9-18 minutes when I ordered. The last time something like this happened it took almost 3 hours to get my order made so I didn’t want to chance it, They need to turn off the app and put a sign on the door if they don’t have capacity to take more orders. I ordered before 4 pm so did not expect this to be an issue.

    I have ordered here several times, hoping they get better - unfortunately it's gotten worse. This is the slowest Dominos I've ever experienced - I waited over an hour to find out from the manager that our order wasn't even started an hour after we ordered, with the only explanation: "well, Friday is our busy night". THEN prepare for it! If you've got a few hours to waste, then this is the place for you.

    Terrible service overall. I placed an order yesterday for delivery at 5:30 pm and at 7:30 pm it still wasn’t made. I went to the store to see what was going on and the manager stated that it was Halloween and that this should be expected and accepted by me. I don’t believe that should be the case as these holidays are well known in advance and the establishments should be prepared. There was no apology but definitely a bad attitude for a mgr to have. I will take my business elsewhere next time. My advice is that corporate should take a second look at how this establishment is run and employees trained. Furthermore, there is no excuse no to be prepared again since this is a known holiday. Now I can expect some delays but definitely not two hours and my order still not started.
