  I was looking for a quick but and stopped in to CAVA. There was a bit of a wait and service could have been improved. Employees seemed nonchalant. There was a small group of teenagers inside that were making a lot of noise. For these reasons, I won't visit again any time soon.

  Recently visited for dinner. Everything was great, with the exception of our pita chips. It was later in the evening, and our pita chips were soft and floppy rather than crisp which was disappointing.

  Two separate orders screwed up in the same evening. Placed first delivery order online, only half the order was delivered - mistakes happen, I called and was refunded for the missing portion. That same evening, placed a second delivery order and it never arrives - order showed online as sitting unfulfilled for a complete hour before location closed. We were charged and no contact from cava - called (again) and received (another) refund.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience at CAVA in Birkdale Every time I come here the food is fresh flavorful and perfectly made The staff is always friendly and welcoming and they keep the place super clean and organized I love how you can customize your bowl exactly how you want it everything from the greens to the proteins and sauces tastes top quality My orders always ready fast even when its busy Definitely my go to spot for a healthy and delicious meal in Birkdale

  I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. Upon entering, there was no greeting, unlike other CAVA locations where the staff are usually welcoming. Instead, I was met with an unprofessional comment: “Oh, they’re going to order.” The food quality was also poor; the rice was overcooked and overall not enjoyable. I ordered two bowls and was not provided with a bag. When I asked for one, it was handed to me aggressively, and I had to bag my own food. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any CAVA location in the Charlotte area. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and quality at this location.
