  We love Cava unfortunately with this location they let us down. They have a prime spot to have so much potential!!!!! The biggest problem is the staff not really welcoming and it just seems so disconnected and AirPods in. After this my biggest push back here is the portion sizing; I’ve never ran into this with Cava except here. The bowl should be filled with a bowl that is costing $25+. Even asking for extra they barely put anything in the bowl; acting like they are personally paying for this food how minimal they are giving out. The food quality is always great with Cava, flavor, etc is never a disappointment. The lamb was also raw and I had to switch it out for chicken bc the staff removed it from my bowl with an attitude and there was no more lamb. Unfortunately we have not returned after paying $50+ for 2 bowls that were barely even half filled up!

  Lola was so patient with me and so so sweet! She had excellent customer service skills and made my bowl perfectly!

  10/10 customer service . Even though it was busy the girl with the red hair & glasses was so sweet and helpful even though I know the frustration of it being busy . Thank you

  I loved my food! First time trying it. Very customizable, staff is friendly; specifically their worker Destiney. She was patient and answered all my questions about the food items. She even joked and held conversation with me. Will 100% be coming back soon!

  Came in and stood at the counter for several minutes while one person is packing up to go order. Another person is replenishing the food containers. Another person is cleaning out a rice bowl, but none of these people even acknowledged that I was standing there waiting to order they all saw me they all looked at me. They all continued to ignore me. I waited patiently for them to finish their tasks and take my order. My complaint is that no one acknowledge and said hey give us just a moment. We’ll be right with you. That’s the minimum Customer Service at least.
