  I live in Charlotte, i don't like to go out to eat much because the service and or food SUCKS!!! But have been craving Carrabas for 2 mths so decided to visit the one in Huntersville, NC. This time im Happy and satisfied with but the food and service. My waitress Ashlea was so on point with Customer Service, knowledge of the menu. Took me a while to make up my mind but she was helpful and patient. Thx Ashlea!!!

  We had a fantastic experience at Carrabba’s thanks to Cole. He was super pleasant, very informative, and genuinely attentive to our table without being overbearing. We ordered the short rib marsala and it was outstanding—fork-tender, incredibly flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. And the carrots… OMG. Absolutely delicious. Great food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. Cole truly made the meal even better!

  Maddie was our server for a party of 7. She was kind and built rapport with everyone. Maddie checked on our table multiple times to be sure our drinks were full. The food was delicious from the bread to the entree. The restaurant is clean and decorated for Christmas as well, so it's beautiful inside. The manager Kim came by to check on us as well and held conversation with everyone. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I will be back for sure. 🙂

  Krissy was our server. By far one of the best experiences I have had at a Carrabba‘s. I have eaten at this particular location multiple times and not had a good experience. Chrissy 100% turned it around for us tonight and I cannot express just how overly impressed I was was with her. She is first class all the way and a complete asset to this corporation. Whatever you have to do, clone her and have her teach everybody else how to be just like her. As an owner of a large Corp., I recognize talent and she is first class all the way and a complete asset to this corporation. The manager came by and was very personable as well.   My husband and I try to come in frequently to this spot. We have found servers, bartenders, hostesses and more so nice and accommodating. Tonight I will say the manager was less than pleasant. The heat was blasting inside and while my husband and I were sweating, the server almost passed out, and when asking the manager to turn the heat down she simply said “no” while using a cocktail pick to clean her teeth. Honestly, we will probably be back, but the manager on duty is gravely disrespectful and only kept the heater on because she said she was cold, even though multiple people complained of the heat. This manager needs some slight training in grace, professionalism and just overall kindness.
