We had a great time at Bonefish Grill . Charlie was our waiter. He was extremely courteous as well as very accommodating to our food and drink modifications . Being sure to continually check in on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Definitely will be back for date night or even a random happy hour . Thank you so much Charlie

I've been to a lot of seafood restaurants, but Bonefish Grill consistently delivers an experience that simply stands above the rest — and our most recent visit was nothing short of extraordinary.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance: warm and inviting without being stuffy. The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer arrived crispy, saucy, and absolutely addictive — it disappeared within minutes. The wood-grilled salmon was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful with just the right char. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, not just assembled. Salvatore checked in at just the right moments — never hovering, never absent. He suggested the Chilean sea bass without hesitation when asked, and he was absolutely right. That's the mark of someone who takes real pride in their work.
If you're heading to Bonefish Grill, ask for Sal. Great food is one thing — great food paired with truly exceptional service is an experience you'll want to come back for, again and again.

Food was great! Service not so good. I ordered a Special drink off the menu and when the bartender brought it to me, it wasn't prepared properly. He should know how to make this special drink because it's on the menu. Then I asked him to change the channel on the TV and he had a difficult time finding a remote speaking to a manager and then eventually I had to go to the Internet to tell him what channel to put on. Finally, when my food arrived, I did not have any silverware to eat my food the server from the kitchen had to bring me my silverware.

This place is going down or managed horribly. I wanted to take my family out for a nice dinner and was ready to tip heavily. I made a reservation for 6:30. Arrived at 6:25 and we sat for 20 mins before we got acknowledged, not by our waiter but by hour host. I watched our waiter walk by us several times without saying a word. He hung out and talked to other guest and barely looked at us. I watched many staff just walk by our table without saying anything just serving others my daughter (who is a Waitress at another restaurant) had to get up and ask the host to help us just to get our drink orders in after 25 mins. Then the host didn’t put in my drink. The waiter then came and brought us bread and didn’t even apologize, just said I’ll be with yall in a minute. He then walks past us many other times without saying anything so my wife asked “are you our waiter” he pretends to be busy while walking away saying, hold on. Then another waitress came out and said I was told to wait on yall. Why he didn’t want to wait on us I don’t know. But I’m sitting here now so disappointed I had to do the review now. Not coming back here. Not like it used to be

We had a reservation at 4 o’clock on Valentine’s Day. We went over. We were 15 minutes early. It was 15 after four before they even attempted to see us. They seated as against the wall this little dinky little table. We sat there for 40 minutes and no one even come by the waitress kept our waitress kept going back-and-forth beside us didn’t even speak or say nothing. She didn’t even say I’ll be back or nothing and that was the worst diamond experience I ever had and we finally just got up and left and told him to stick it where the sun didn’t shine so that was the worst done experience I ever had and the worst waitress I ever had and there was a table beside of us. It was a long table. They had screwed it up so bad that the manager and three waitresses is over there trying to make it right and the people were still unhappy, and they finally got it from the left too so no more bonefish for me. Just wanted to sorry Restaurant I’ve ever been.
