  Went in for cocktails after work. Had my regular blueberry lemon drop, which was good. Tariq, the bartender, listened as I described how I make this cocktail at home and suggested the slightest tweek to the cocktail based on my taste. His take on the drink went from an after work drink to transcending me to a feeling of sitting in a jazz lounge listening to my favorite artist, with the smoothest, most perfect personalized cocktail that I have ever had!!! It was like a rare, smooth, perfect wine, in cocktail form! Tariq is a master at hearing what you like and delivering it in a chilled glass!

  Charlie was such an amazing server with excellent suggestions and was very timely and professional! Congrats Pandora on your training shift! Both of you were very kind. Food was fantastic, I had the old fashion cedar plank salmon and it was AMAZING!

  We had an excellent experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but what really made our visit memorable was our waiter, Charlie. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Charlie checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made us feel truly welcomed. Customer service like his makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Charlie as our server again!

  My aunt: I attended my niece’s Graduation Party on Saturday 12/20/25 at your restaurant. The service was wonderful. My meal was delicious. Charlie & Tara did an awesome job, very attentive, and personable. I would definitely dine in your restaurant again. Me: they were amazing, they made my graduation day special, easy, and just overall a great experience. From the decorating to taking pictures and just being overall wholesome people,Bonefish Tara & Charlie were AMAZING!

  Chris is the best server I've ever had. I would've tipped $100 if I could. I will be asking for him specifically every time I return from now on. Chris accommodated my anniversary like it was one of his family members. He was as polite, respectful, and attentive as could be. Not 5 minutes went by without him checking on us and making sure we were satisfied with our experience. 5 stars. He should be paid more regardless of what pay he's already receiving. Okay, so moving on to the food, everything was great. Super fresh, cooked perfectly. Me and my partner both got the Atlantic salmon, garlic whipped potatoes, and brocolli. We also got an order of blackened chicken egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were crazy good. For dessert was a chocolate bourbon brownie with ice cream, just wow, insanely delicious. The brownie was complimentary because of my reservation being for my anniversary. They even lit a candle for us. Beautiful. Everything came out super quick, and instead of the waiters having to run their own food (like they used to), they now have food runners in the kitchen area, and they are as respectful and kind as the serving staff, even though they arent receiving a direct tip from the customer. This is a great move by management. Definitely streamlines the kitchen to customer experience. Onto the atmosphere, there was low volume, contemporary music playing in the background, low, soft lighting (in a good way), and a relaxed vibe all around. Very enjoyable. Luxurious even. We used to frequent this place years ago, and stopped coming because it seemed to have 'gone down Hill' and seemed like it was fizzling out, if you catch my drift. But, its obvious it is now under new management, and the woman who was managing that night checked on every table, was helping get food out of the kitchen, and was very interactive with her staff. I didnt catch her name, but they've got a good one there. The environment was clean. The staff were professional. I could go on and on about the good things, and have nothing negative to say about our meal. If you haven't been here in awhile, or if your considering going for you first time, give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. Keep it up guys. Thanks for a great night out. We will be back.
