    Chicken was dry and over fried. Fries were undercooked and soggy with no flavor. Dry past this bojangles as food is not worth the money

    I visited the restaurant for lunch around 1 p.m. and found both the food and service to be quite satisfactory. However, the establishment itself feels outdated and could greatly benefit from renovations. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal. Unfortunately, my experience during dinner was disappointing. I returned and used the drive-thru, where an older employee seemed reluctant to respond to my greetings. Upon reaching the order window, I noticed another staff member appeared hesitant to assist the younger team member with my order, which reflected a lack of professionalism. Additionally, my chicken sandwich was dry and seemed to have been sitting out for some time, and the portion of fries was disappointingly small. Overall, I was quite disheartened by this visit.

    This is for Whoever was working at 1:30pm on 12/20. YALL ARE AMAZING! I picked up an order for my sister and the level of efficiency and teamwork I saw from the staff was tremendous. I have a Bojangles walking distance to my house but I will make this drive just to get my food from here from now on. The staff was so organized and friendly, the restaurant was clean and very neat. The lobby was stocked and I never had to wait long for my food. They are great, pay them a visit!
