If I were starting a circus, and needed a troupe of clowns to perform a hysterical kitchen slapdashery, running around tripping over each other before an audience of waiting customers, I would come to this specific Bojangles and pay whatever was required to poach their employees.
I placed a simple order for 2 dine in customers. It took 17 minutes to prepare even though we were the only customers there when we arrived. They also gave me a chicken biscuit instead of a chicken sandwich, but after that wait, I was thankful for any food at all.
Several customers that ordered after me got their food before me. If I weren't so naturally skeptical of conspiracies, I might wonder if I were being deliberately made to wait.
I definitely won't be coming here again.

I got there at 823am simply to grab an orange juice before I got on my Exoress bus at 838am. No one was at the counter, but I was acknowledged. Stood there for 5 minutes and let them know I just need an orange juice and I need to get to my bus. She finally came up took my order and then had me waiting while she took the order of the people standing behind me. I had to stop the girl at the drive thru to get my orange juice which took 2 seconds. I didnt get back to my until 835am. No restaurant can run efficiently like that and they need to learn time management and prioritization.

I’ve never had a positive experience at this Bojangles. Either the fries are wrong, the straws are missing, or the staff are rude and sometimes all three happen in one visit.
Today, my husband went back inside because we received a medium fry instead of a large. Mistakes happen, but the employee at the counter snatched the box from him, appeared annoyed, and threw it back after replacing the fries. When he politely asked for the honey mustard we paid for, she seemed even more agitated and only gave him two, despite us paying for extra.
A few weeks ago, we had a similar issue we ordered two 4-piece tenders and were instead given mac and cheese and fried chicken. When we went inside to get it corrected, the employee helping us was extremely rude, and we ended up waiting almost 45 minutes just to receive our food.
It’s very frustrating to have this kind of experience repeatedly at the same location.
