I ordered 2 wings and a sausage gravy biscuit with egg. Disgusting. I got 3 burnt old wings and the sausage biscuit was a disaster. They touch your food with the same gloves they use to wipe down the counters. Do better. I've thrown the last 3 orders in the trash because the food is not edible.

The chicken tasted disgusting despite Ann the manager ensuring the chicken, fries, and sides were fresh. The oil the chicken was made in needs major changing. The fries were fresh but tasted really bad. I have never had this experience but I am livid for what has occurred tonight. Y'all need to do and be better, Ms. Ann thank you for your continued hard work and ensuring we were taken care of, but this was not what I expected of this bojangles when it came to the quality of food. Do better.
