Based on what I experienced, some of the team members lack customer service and comprehension skills. When I walked in, I saw the ice cream I normally get and requested it. The young lady told me the ice cream flavor I wanted was sold and she was adamant about it. Another team member corrected her and when she was told the size I wanted, her next response was “we don’t have that size container available.” Clearly the container was available. 🙄😒 The same young lady made a few rude comments and I opted not to respond. I strongly encourage the management team to train/educate their staff. It only takes a few minutes to verify if a product is available or not.

Rose went above and beyond to get me some Rocky Road ice cream. I told her that I really wanted rocky road but I didn't see it and she allowed me to sample a couple more that I might like but in the end I told her I was really still craving the Rocky Road. She went to the back and looked to see if they had any more and came back and let me know that they had one quart left. That was perfect since that is what I was going to purchase anyway. Great job overall! 5 stars!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
