  First visit there. Our app recommended this place as we were in Huntersville for a meeting. The place has a HUGE beer and menu selection. Wife got the Carolina BBQ and I got the Philly cheesesteak recommended by our waitress Jaylee, who was highly knowledgeable about their food items and beers. She was excellent. So was Manager Sean who slightly resembles actor Andrew Scott of Moriarity fame. He has a Cork County Irish background just like my Callahan family. Very friendly. Food was great. Had a great time and we’ll be back when we’re in town.

  Fast, friendly service—I placed a to-go order for 10 people, and the team was motivated to get everything done right and on time. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the pickup process smooth and easy. Every member of the staff works as a team to make your visit a good one.

  No seats at bar so an employee told us to sit at a table and someone will serve us. Server came up and was extremely rude acting like we sat ourselves there, even after we pointed to the person who told us to sit at that table. Place was half empty and it shouldn’t have been any problem. Rude. Food is mid too.

  Probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. A self proclaimed taphouse, beer was warm. Mentioned the beer was warm and our server said “all beers are served at the same temp” and her solution was to poor my existing beer into a frosted mug. 1. Why would it not already be in a frosted mug and 2. You’re really going to poor my existing beer into a new mug? Fine, that was the solution I was given so I accepted and sure enough she brought the beer I had sipped on a couple times back to the bar and brought it back in a “frosted” mug. Warmer now than when it was brought back. Next beer was just as warm. We ordered some apps, the pretzels were delicious, fried pickles were paper thin, way too salty and soaking wet with grease. We ordered entrees and I kid you not - an hour goes by and no food arrives and no one checks in. The food finally arrives and the server finally mentions why it took so long: BECAUSE THEY BURNED THE FLATBREAD - and she decided to bring the burnt flatbread. So 1. Why would you make everyone else at the table wait to refire a single entree and 2. If you were going to bring the burnt flatbread anyway, why not do that like I don’t know, maybe when the rest of the food was ready? The answer is because they forgot about us. The place was dead (Saturday night) so there was absolutely was zero other reason for the hour+ wait for the food other than they forgot about us. On top of all of this, the food was lukewarm garbage. Cheesesteaks were old cold dry steak-ums, fries were soggy and cold, the refried flat bread was disgusting - just covered in corn and completely flavorless shrimp (this is what our server recommended). I will tell everyone I ever come across for the rest of my life to never visit this establishment and I will die on this hill.

  We took our family to Duckworth’s in Huntersville for lunch and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were immediately greeted by Grace and Julie, who were both incredibly warm, accommodating and personable. They made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. What really stood out was the level of care the team showed for my mom, who has dietary allergy restrictions. The Manager Sean, along with Server Kirsten, went above and beyond quickly to find safe and suitable options for her. Their attentiveness and genuine concern made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy our meal. It’s not every day you come across a team that combines great service with such kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciated the effort everyone put in to make our visit special. We will definitely be back– highly recommend!
