  I had a really disappointing experience yesterday. I was served a piece of raw chicken in my bowl, which is a serious food safety concern. I had also ordered double chicken, but was told they were out - there was chicken ready to be cut but it was like the staff were afraid to ask the grill guy to cut it up, so I had to wait. When the grill guy finally started cutting up additional chicken to add to my order, he touched the cooked pieces of chicken with the same gloves he used to put the raw chicken on the grill. I didn’t want to make a fuzz about it, but when I found the raw piece of chicken in my bowl, I felt like I had to leave this review because now we’re putting people in danger. I’ve always been a loyal and frequent Chipotle customer, which makes this even more frustrating. Experiences like this make it hard to feel confident about returning. I hope this location can improve its food safety standards and overall management.

  You need to overhaul this location, every time we’ve attempted to eat here over the past couple months it’s a complete 💩show. Today all the order pickups were put in the wrong bags so they had to remake everything. Had to wait 25 minutes for them to get to mine. I could’ve gone through the standard line 10x. The last time we went here at 730pm and they said they were out of food for the night, literally not joking the only protein was carnitas and they had zero rice zero beans and limited veggies. The time before that I ordered a bowl and wanted a vinaigrette but was told they were only reserved for salads… I could go on and on but corporate needs to step in and really fix this place. Based on its location it should be the best chipotle in the region. Just look at the previous reviews, every single one in the past few months is a 1 or 2 star

  This has to be the worst Chipotle Restaurant on earth. I have been at this location twice. The first time they were not giving cups for water and was forced to buy soda or bottle water. Today they are only accepting online orders ONLY. Either this location has to do better or they need to open another location on the proximity as the next one is 10 miles away

  No training, no management, never having items or running out. Not opening at the right time, lack of staff at night. Had a line from front to back and the managers were just sitting down eating. Constant fighting and just overall crap service with the lines being constantly shut down, broken, or empty

  We picked up our online order within 5 minutes of ordering - 2 burrito bowls. Upon arrival we did not see the order on the pick up shelf and the associate asked for our name. He had it in the back in a bag. We were thinking it should be fresh and hot. We were surprised to find our food looked like someone shook up the bowl and it was but even warm. The cheese looked old. Worst food order we have ever had. We won't be giving this Chipotle our business again!
