The extremely kind employee went table to table the entire time offering us refills, sauces, napkins, extra chairs, etc. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience and I didn’t want that to go unnoticed.
- MMMax MillerMar 21, 20261.0i had a reward for the new jalapeño sandwich, but i don’t eat spicy food, so i customized it to basically make it a regular sandwich, i just took off the onions and jalapenos, should be a simple order, but apparently was not, i literally received a bun, lettuce, tomato, and no chicken? im pretty sure on the app and the receipt it says “W/ chick fil a filet” so i’m confused where the chick fil a filet is? anyways, the app did give me a reward for another entree which im grateful for, but still inconvenient for i was at work when i had to drive out and come get it so i wasn’t able to drive back to fix it right in the moment. i never had issues with chick fil a in the past.

The seats in the dining room were torn & the whole area in general was not what I have usually experienced at a Chic-Fil-A. The food was just okay and there was a guy who took our tray and refilled our drinks. Also the handicap parking was not close to the entrance and difficult for someone using a Walker.
