  Visited today and Yemi and Jacob were so kind and made me fresh pita chips. I had stopped coming because the service wasn’t that great. Today took a chance and glad I did. I will be back.

  The food was great. Service was polite, and the store was very clean. The men were cleaning the floors constantly, and the tables were even wiped down neatly. I’ve never been to this location before, but I really liked it.

  My food? to DIE for! I love cava so much, but when Jacob is there, my bowl is ALWAYS 100 times better. Thank you Cava, Birkdale for a awesome experience, time after time :)

  Our group stopped for lunch while at Birkdale for lunch. We all enjoyed our food. I had the Harrisa chicken bowl. Pictured is my bowl already half eaten, yum! Jacob was particularly helpful.

  We had a very disappointing experience at CAVA in Huntersville. The food quality was far below what I expected. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the overall flavor of the meal was bland and the lettuce was brown and wilted. The customer service was also unfriendly. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested in helping customers, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. On top of that, the wait time was much longer than it should have been for what is essentially a fast-casual restaurant. I put a togo order in and was there 15 minutes past the time for pick up to be ready and when I got there I still had to wait an extra 20 minutes +... To make matters worse, the portion sizes were very small compared to other Cava Locations we have eaten at. For the amount paid, the bowl felt half-filled and not very satisfying. I hope management takes steps to improve the experience for future customers.
