- BABritni Alatorre2 days ago5.0I recently went to this location before I went to a Pilates class just upstairs. I had been to Caribou coffee before in Minnesota and liked it, and I have to say that this one was even better because an employee of yours named Maddox. I had a question because I was super tired and I work in healthcare (after a long day and week) and I needed something really strong to get me through a Pilates class… And he had so much energy, he’s so personable, and he had a great suggestion - not only was it delicious but it also helped wake me up! It’s rare these days in the service industry to find someone so personable and fun to talk to. Reminded me of the mid-2000s growing up where you could actually have a conversation with people in hospitality. Maddox you’ll go far in life and thank you for turning a coffee trip into something so precious! I hope you get a raise! You deserve it and Caribou team, you are lucky to work with someone with such a great personality and people skills. Thank you Maddox!

The coffee is decent however, I’ve been pretty disappointed in the matcha here. I’ve ordered more than once and noticed that the preparation of the matcha, the quality and the milk to matcha ratios are way off. The drink is milk with a “barely there” matcha taste and pale green color. You can pay extra for “additional” matcha which really equates to a normal serving and tastes somewhat better. Still not “good” or “high” quality. Moral of the story, if you want a quality matcha drink… look elsewhere. Side note, the bathrooms here consistently need attention (yikes).
