    Ordered 3 beef and cheddar combos with curly fries all 3 combos were wrong got chicken sandwiches and regular fries and drinks had no flavor wouldn't replace my order due to no receipt but the girl at window didn't give me one this was 12/27/25

    I really would just like to know why restaurants cannot keep a good item on their menu? I tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich at Arby’s one time and I loved it but I go back today to get it again and they no longer sell it. This is so very frustrating. You get something you like and then you go back again and they don’t have it anymore instead they have a barbecue sandwich if I wanted a barbecue sandwich I would go to a barbecue place please put the Philly cheesesteak back on the menu.
