    I had placed a curbside order at 12:55pm in which they immediately took the order amount from my account. It was scheduled for the 6-7 slot. Usually I get a text advising of 1 hour left to make changes--never got notified. It got to 7:30pm and I called and he bumped my order to 2nd in line. Usually get a text to verify substitutions--never got notified. I did get notified at 8pm that the order was ready for pickup. When I looked at the summary, 11 of 26 items were either missing or substituted. Example of substitution is in place of $6.49 pack of hamburger meat to over $11 for Angus beef which I do not like. I called and cancelled the order, and went to their competition and got 90% of the items on my list at 8:30pm. When I called customer care, he was not very understanding and said my $147 bill would take up to 5 business days to process. I understand it was bad weather, but rudeness from a manager is not. Why would they take 70 orders if they had no intention of fulfilling them? Why was there no communication until I had to call almost 2 hours past the time to pick up the order? So many questions with zero answers. Customer care gave me a $20 credit for my trouble. My time is worth more than that.

    2 ladies at self checkout were just horrible and very dissatisfied with both their jobs AND the location. They made that very clear. One was especially irritated about working while pregnant. This was an anomaly as the manager is sweet and accommodating. I think the new younger lady was a bad influence. Very impatient and unhelpful. Refused to full check out. Snapped at every one. Made our Church group reconsidering Food Lion for our future purchases. Overall if manager has been there these 2 would have Been in real trouble!
