  I order from this location all the time and never have an issue. Tonight was different, and the chance of going back is slim to none. While the food was good, the staff was not. Ordered ahead and picked up at the drive thru window. A woman gave me my food and was nice and respectful. After she shut the window I noticed the sauce I ordered wasn't with the order. I waited, and waited. Eventually, a guy came to the window, I asked him for the sauce that I paid for. He looks to another girl (not the one who handed me my food) and asked if it was on my order. She says "what?!" with the nastiest face and biggest attitude...to the point the guy closes the window. Then he opens it again and I said "just one cup is fine" and he looks to the same girl again, asks for her to hand him a cup, and she throws it at him. He hands it to me, I drive home, only to notice it's busted. Over a single cup of sauce? Bad day or not, ridiculous. Go home. I was respectful the entire time and got nothing but ugly looks from the girl for asking for a cup of sauce that I PAID FOR. Tan, maybe Hispanic, short, brunette, wearing a visor. Super messy hair. Tell her to probably do better.

  I placed an order last night, in which I frequent this dominoes, carry out and delivery. I have never had an issue like I did last night. I accidentally pushed pay with cash and I meant to pay with my card, so I called and asked if I could pay over the phone before I canceled my order, in which the young kid told me absolutely and proceeded to take my card information. After the first time, he told me it didn’t go through; and asked me to tell him the card number again, which I did. Then I realized I was charged the amount, got taken out of my account, then he tried to charge my card twice more and asked if I had a different card, trying to imply that I didn’t have the money for the pizza. But that was not the case, as you can see in my screenshot the money was taken out and then It was tried to get taken out 2 more times after. The kid then proceeded to tell me that it didn’t get taken out of my account and that the money would go back into my account. I then asked for a supervisor and she told me the same thing, she assured me that the money would be in my account before this morning. (Which is definitely not the case) She then told me she would “free the order this time” (I PAID!!! The money was taken from me, and processed on my end), in which I said thank you, and if the money went back into my account I would personally come to dominoes today and pay for my order. (Still haven’t got the money back, so someone’s lying!). Then after all this, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half, until 11:35pm to get my food, after the driver sat in front of my house for 5 minutes and drove away, I called and asked what happened and I was told the guy gave my order to the wrong customer and they were gonna re make my food. My whole point of this review, is to make sure that the owner of this location is aware of what their employees are doing, because someone is stealing!

  Pizza order was incorrect first time so I called and they made it new. Sent it out and pizza came hot and exactly right. Would highly recommend!

  Whoever owns this franchise location needs to take a close look into their staff. I live less than five minutes from the store and yet the really rude gal that answered the phone tried to tell me that my house is outside of their delivery area, in spite of me seeing their vehicles deliver pizza's often in my neighborhood. In spite of their drivers sometimes knocking on MY door with a no solicitation sign on it to ask where a house is!! A local fire department that responds to their store if they have an incident was told the same thing at an event recently when they tried to order pizzas to serve the firefighters. The store on Piney Green gives excellent service. And I ended driving to their store to get a pizza the first time I got the rude gal. The last time, I ordered from a different company who was thankful for my business. I actually like Dominos... most of them anyway... but this store seems to have an attitude and a problem. I won't attempt to order from them again. They have lost me, and apparently several other customers in Hubert. They need to do a staffing review.
