  This review is about the driver who delivered to White Oak Manor, Swansboro, NC at about 6:30 pm on 4-2-2026. Blasting his rolling boom box of a car is not acceptable at this apartment complex. He parked in the driveway, not in a space, left car windows wide open and the music system just blasting away. There are noise ordinances. I tried contacting the store in Hubert but the phone rang then just cut off. 3 times.

  I placed an order for delivery and an hour later it still had not arrived. The delivery time kept getting pushed back my my pizza had said it was ready and in quality check for over 30 minutes. When I called they said they where short staffed, understandable but I could have been notified of the delay, after asking if my pizza would be remade since it had sat in the hot plate for over half an hour and they wouldn’t have a drive available for 10 minutes the manager stated she wouldn’t remake is unless I picked it up. That can’t even be food safe and it’s supposed to be hot fresh pizza ?

  I called up asking for extra pineapple happy to pay extra because I ordered on Uber Eats and there is not an option to add extra nor request it — the guy on the phone was like I can’t edit your order. Not asking the order to be altered, just want more pineapple as you guys must have a shortage with it and put one piece per cut pizza and asking for extra is like what a normal Hawaiian pizza should be like. Then he passes me to the manager, and then says we can’t add extra. So I ask, why? And he says, because it’s just been put in? Okay take it out?? What does adding a little flick of fairy dust of pineapple got to do with it being in the oven? Firstly you say no because the order can’t be altered and then no because it’s in the oven. Make up your mind. Be honest. Answer should be, no because we are rude. Then you have the audacity to tell me to have a good night? If you want me to have a good night atleast give me some extra pineapple or give an actual serving amount so I don’t have to request it.

  The customer service made me speechless. A young man named Anthony was working by himself and he was so charismatic. We talked about life for a tad and my pizza was ready before I realized it. Best pizza I’ve ever had, like I could feel the care put into it with every bite. I will definitely come back just to have another conversation with this amazing young man again. He was handling calls, getting all the pizzas ready, and keeping me engaged in a conversation all in a Friday night. Absolute phenomenal kid. As long as he’s still working there, I know this Dominos will be alright.
