    There was a glitch in system and my order did not get processed Addison did an amazing job on trying to solve the issue. Addison made me feel comfortable and secure with this situation. She handled it very well. Bella did an outstanding job in my order. Both ladies took very good care of me. Manager Omar was understanding and made sure that I was being taken care of.

    New management doesn’t seem to care at all About this location. Ordered three sandwiches online, all were wrong upon opening them. Immediately called and asked for a refund, was told to call back in 15. Called back, they said their manager said to take my number. The music was SO loud in the store they could barely hear me, I had to repeat my number several times. Two days later. No call. I call back. I get told that there hasn’t been a manager at that location for “ quite some time “ he’s “ at another location “ but they don’t know which location. No information on a refund. Just took my number again and will try to call the manager . Horrible customer service. If a manager sees this, please contact me. Your store has my number.

    Sharing this review because I have found this is the loudest way to get heard by the management and even corporate. I will NEVER go back to the Subway off Rockfish Rd next to Food Lion. Your employee was rude to me and my children. I called ahead to get a party platter and was told to order on line. When I went online I saw I needed 24 hours ahead. When I called back I was told no for the party platter and when I asked what was the limit on ordering sandwiches and the employee stated I could get 4 per person, however, she would not do that because she knew I wanted it for a large order. When I sent my two daughters in each to order sandwiches she told them she would not make the sandwiches for them because she knew we were the ones who called ahead. Forget the fact she had already stated one person could get four sandwiches she was down right rude to them about it. There was no one else in the store and no one came in during this. Tell me what would be so wrong with her making the sandwiches? She obviously wasn’t doing anything else. She even told them to just try and go to the other locations at Wal Mart and they would tell her the same because they were under the same policy. Well, they did go to another Subway and guess what? The other location did not treat them poorly. The other location made the order up for them no questions asked. This was Monday, the 10th of June, at 11:30 am. Whomever this employee on Rockfish Rd that was working lost you business big time. A business is designed to make money. Our family was not trying to get anymore than the allotted amount she had stated earlier that was the limit per person. I hope the management here has checked their reviews because after this I went onto yelp and saw the poor rating of this Subway and it is largely due to the employees that are working here. If you wonder why you are not making any money look to the people you hire. It is their fault and your fault for continuing to employee them.
