  Hope Mills Mcdonalds on Camden is the worst one in the area. Never clean, the foods always cold, and the staff always have bad attitudes. Would not recommend going here.

  It was absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t even get my food that I paid for correctly. How dumb do you have to be? It even says double on the box and you put a single patty on there and then you gave me the wrong drink. Get your store together.

  This location thoroughly sucks, seriously! I hope there is new management coming in to replace the petty child they have in charge and I hope the lazy, lackluster dude on the drive thru mic finds a quiet hole for his personality!! You don't want to read back orders, you don't want to apologize when you do something incorrectly, and then you want to argue with customers like it validates your lack of care. I have not had one correct order at this location since moving to Hope Mills; it just sucks.

  I just left after ordering 1 double quarter pounder deluxe with extra onions, 1 double quarter pounder with ketchup mayo and added bacon and a larger fry. When I got home the frys looked more like a medium and my bacon double quarter pounder was a regular quarter pounder with ketchup and a pickle, no bacon at all. I tried calling the store and it keeps saying the number has changed. I just spent $18 dollars on a sorry excuse for a hamburger. Never again will for my family members go there .

  If I could rate 0 stars I would. They don’t care about serving the customers. I ordered food through the app and was pulled to park and wait for food. My order was messed up the first time then the second a third time they didn’t set my food on the trey. I eventually walked in after 30 mins had passed to be give my order partially complete. I waited on 1 McChicken plain that I finally got after reminding them twice. I received my food at 5pm order was placed at 4:04pm terrible experience will not be coming back to this location.
