Me and another delivery guy was knocking and trying to get there attention to pick up some orders and was totally ignored. They definitely took home and ate the customer's food that night.

My son went in and picked up the order and then came home when we checked the order it was boneless. Not only did they charge extra for the traditional wings besides getting the order he tried to return it, and the employee stated to him that boneless showed up on their website on their end and that she was unable to change the order.. The employee also stated that it will take five days to get our money back.. We spend a lot of money with this business and at this location. How could a major franchise like this not switch the order? Not to mention on several other different occasions, they never have change for cash after a certain time. My son also mentioned to me during the encounter tonight the employee was laughing and had a smirk on her face. I didn’t find this funny at all And if he’s lying, run the cameras back because cameras don’t lie. This is not how you treat customers and very disgraceful customer service.. We are very dissatisfied customers with the service At this location. I will be sending an internal email to the upper corporate concerning this matter. You get no stars for this type of behavior.
