  Found this plastic INSIDE MY MOUTH because apparently you put plastic in burritos now? Someone could literally choke and die. Update: called the manager and she essentially claimed that this is no big deal and accidents happen "because they are opening plastic all day" traditionally plastic goes in the trash/recycling, or is it different for your employees, and they throw it away inside of burritos?

  Called at 8:37pm on Friday January 30th about an order I never picked up. Was told to deal with it online? Why are mangers not trained to use the app? What’s the point of being a manager if you don’t know more than the regular employee? Then she says she doesn’t know corporate numbers and to Google it? What kind of business doesn’t have corporate numbers posted around or for at least a manager to see? This shift manager is very rude and unhelpful.

  They always have attitude, always get my order wrong, it's tossed in the bag carelessly, half-wrapped, and is always missing at least one thing. The manager needs to higher and train better staff.
