    There was a glitch in system and my order did not get processed Addison did an amazing job on trying to solve the issue. Addison made me feel comfortable and secure with this situation. She handled it very well. Bella did an outstanding job in my order. Both ladies took very good care of me. Manager Omar was understanding and made sure that I was being taken care of.

    New management doesn’t seem to care at all About this location. Ordered three sandwiches online, all were wrong upon opening them. Immediately called and asked for a refund, was told to call back in 15. Called back, they said their manager said to take my number. The music was SO loud in the store they could barely hear me, I had to repeat my number several times. Two days later. No call. I call back. I get told that there hasn’t been a manager at that location for “ quite some time “ he’s “ at another location “ but they don’t know which location. No information on a refund. Just took my number again and will try to call the manager . Horrible customer service. If a manager sees this, please contact me. Your store has my number.

    *DOES NOT TAKE COUPONS* The staff is always very nice every time I come in. The store is clean, and the food is good. However, they don’t take coupons. Not the end of the world because who uses coupons anymore. Well since the spring sports season has picked back up, we must eat out a lot and we are trying to save a bit when doing it. Apparently, this store is a franchise owned store. They have the “option” to accept or not accept coupons. Corporate owned stores all take coupons. Stores at Wal-Mart and gas stations are corporate owned stores. There is one of those such stores 3.1 miles away in Hope Mills. If you want to use coupons don’t come to this store. But if you don’t have one or just don’t care, the people are nice and you will get a good sub sandwich without waiting in lines.

    Ordered foods when it snowed a few weeks agao. They charged our account received our money but they were closed when we arrived to pick it up. They have refused to return our funds so basically they are thieves. If they are willing to steal I would question the whole restraunt itself including quality of product.

    I am truly disappointed, my family and I went by this location Friday night a little after 9pm, the sign on the door stated "New hours" with closing at 10pm but the door was locked and the two employees would not acknowledge us. We went back today and the two employees were EXTREMELY SLOW and both were working with one customer. The line was getting long and people including myself just walked out. One of my family members waited 20 minutes to get her order only for the sandwiches to be completely messy and not cut properly. She opened one sandwiche and it got all over her shirt. disappointed
