Called to inform them gentleman said it would be 25 min we ended up calling back because pizza was not on the way. My daughter in laws went to go pick it up. Tonya was very rude to them. We called to get it fixed and we were told it would be sent back out and it would take 25min. After 30 minutes we call back.. there is no recollection of it being sent back out. The manager then did it and said 25 more minutes. We decided we would rather go get it as it’s been another hour. The manager then was rude upon arrival and had such a bad attitude.

All I'm trying to do is take my family out and these guys are trying to run it like a pizza hut express. Very rude, no customer service experience and it shows. Same people that brought you the soup sandwich, total mess.
