  I had a pizza delivered, pepperoni and there was hardly any pepperoni on it. It's like you're covering up the pepperoni with cheese. Did not get my little banana pepper and I ordered some cheese sticks and it came with one half filled little pizza sauce not even enough to dip in there four times. It's like you're getting cheaper and cheaper

  Whoever the manager is at this location needs to be fired. During peak hours, as was the time that I just picked up my food, The manager needs to be on the floor, running their crew. I waited almost an hour past the specified ready time and observed the crew closely. Zero urgency except for one girl, the one with the little shamrock stickers on her cheek. She was hustling, muti-tasking and everyone else was just puttin along taking their sweet time. There were about 15 people in the waiting area, mind you. The girl at the front desk was slowly folding boxes and wasnt checking orders unless you requested it. Just chit chatting and folding boxes, when she should be clearing out ready orders. There were piles of pizzas ready but no one calling out names of those orders. One lady said she was waiting for an hour, come to find out, her food had been ready for over 20 minutes. My food had been sitting on the shelf for about 15 min as I waited. When I inquired, the front desk girl overlooked it. Wasnt until several minutes later, someone that could read called out my name. Absolute incompetence with no manager to be found. Hiding in the back I presume. Also, why are the food preparers not wearing gloves? That is disgusting. Watched someone itch their nose and go back to adding toppings. Running the food through an environment of 400 plus degrees, doesnt matter. Aside from the dough twirler, prep should be wearing gloves. How is the establishment staying in business? Because of the "Papa Johns" name brand, thats why. And Ill bet its a franchise with a clueless or apathetic, or both, owner. Ill be going the the Raeford location from here on out. Cheers.

  It takes am hour to get one cheese pizza out. Horrible management and processes. Poor time management.

  Waited over an hour for delivery. Called and got nothing but excuses. DoorDash ended up doing the delivery. Poor customer service. Food not fresh.

  The worst experience I have ever had. Ordered at 539pm. App said ready and delivered between 619-629pm. Cool. So I’m watching the tracker and I learn my delivery is through DoorDash. I watch her wait there for my door. Her name is Kiara. Time keeps passing. I call the store and the recording just says they are busy. I check again. My order has a new driver Josiah and they are now preparing it? New arrival time 645. Time still passing. It’s now 7:02. No pizza. So I call the store. They tell me my first order was picked up and the driver just took my order and another and kept it. So DoorDash reassigned it and sent it back to be remade. While on the phone I update my tracking because they could not give me a time and it says cancelled. 🤷🏻‍♀️ the manager had no idea what was going on. She said they could remake it again. I asked how long and she said another 45 minute 😳. I ordered at 5:39 and you want to deliver my pizza at 8pm? Absolutely not. I got no apology. Just that she doesn’t hire the drivers. She then told me that I would either have a refund in either 15 minutes or 5 business days. What. The biggest disappointment in customer service ever. Don’t order from here. Ever.
