- JGJacob GagnonOct 21, 20251.0On October 19th I placed an order at 10:28pm for 2 regular pizzas. At 11:28pm I was informed via text my delivery driver, Brad, was on his way to my house. For reference I live roughly 5-10 minutes away from the store. I was then informed at 12:14am that my order was cancelled with no explanation via text. I was issued a refund however it has not processed yet, and I was forced to find another fast food option for food that night. It created a massive inconvenience and when I called the following day to inquire about what happened and why it took almost 2 hours to cancel my order I was told “The GM isn’t here and the current manager had no idea why that happened but I could call back later to figure out why” This is the second major inconvenience this store has caused my family and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone to avoid this domino’s at all cost. If I could give it zero stars I would.

We tried to order it again but the Only option is to get a Stuffed Crust with Garlic Parmesan so we spoke with the Manager and she said it’s literally against Company Policy to put Garlic Parmesan on a regular crust. It can Only go on a Stuffed Crust. I’m Dumbfounded!! She said it was mistakenly done last time…….The sad part is Dominos is a Franchise so your complaints go right back to the Business which means you’re literally taking this issue back up with the same person. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
