We love the ingredients, the culture and the experience. I've been a number one consumer for 10 years and I work for the largest PNC insurance company in the world. We also have many events catered by this company. We've spent a lot of $ with this company but we will no longer continue to do so. I took my family here and we were missing multiple food items along with stale tortilla chips. I went back through the drive thru and was told it was too late and just to call corporate. Keep in mind it was 845pm and they don't close until 10. The corporate office was great when I expressed my concerns but when a family is hungry and we want food now. Whoever the manager is she was absolutely nasty and not in line with the Chipotle I know. I spoke with the manager and she told me I don't get paid enough to care. Coming from a 3billion dollar company I don't care either. If you want to hire trash I will not support you anymore.
