- DDDonna Drye1 day ago1.0I ordered online and I was at work. My husband went and picked my food up. I went on break and started eating my food and the chicken was burnt black hard. You could taste the burnings in it. It was so nasty
- JRJosh Russell1 day ago2.0Waited in line for 15 minutes just to get up to counter and see they were essentially out of all rice beans and most meat. It can happen I suppose. Worse was that not a single employee explained anything to the 25 people waiting. They just walked around aimlessly and avoiding looking at customers. I overheard the manager state that online orders are priority but only to another employee. Nothing, I mean nothing, was conveyed to the customers in line. No idea when, or even if, food was being cooked. Trash management and employees that couldn’t care less. Sometimes there wasn’t even an employee in sight.
