    Disappointing to say the least! The chicken is overcooked and too hard to eat! Biscuits the same way! Customer service is out the window it's a hit or miss, I say all this to say I wouldn't recommend eating here

    I traveled south looking for Bojangles. Never again. The rice was dry and flavorless. The chicken was as well. (Flavorless). The cashier was very friendly.

    These people are rude and don't answer the phone. I called multiple times to see what they can do about my 5yr old kids meal. I ordered a chicken leg meal and they gave my baby a spicy leg. Unfortunately I ordered supremes so couldn't share my meal with him. We are home settled with shoes off ready to eat, because if the freezing weather I'd rather not take my kids back out so now I have to cook him a separate meal. The lady at the drive through window didn't say 2 words to me. Work in the kitchen if you don't want to talk to the customers. I will NEVER return. Person working drive through at 6pm 12/17/2025 really should be fired
