Horrible location. Only 2 employees working. App asked us if we wanted curbside delivery. After waiting a long time we called and was told to go to the drive thru which was long. She said they only have 2 employees working and they had not started on our order. We ended up canceling the order. Horrible experience.

Had to go through the drive-through because the inside was closed for renovations, they have AI taking your order, it didn’t pick up my food when we got to the window to add it on the food it missed. I was told that I can’t add onto my order. The young man said “ she said I can’t “ referring to the manager. As some one who has worked in fast food you definitely can add in to an order before you pay. Honestly it’s just extreme laziness.

By far the most disrespectful interaction I have EVER had regarding my status as a veteran. Get to the window, inform the African American guy that requested payment that I was a veteran, then showed the back of my driver's license (a real ID) which has the veteran endorsement that is added to IDs via confirmation of service by verifying you DD214 with the DMV. The guy snatched the ID out of my hand, flips it around and aggressively returns it stating "this isn't a military id" So, I pointed out on the ID where it indicates my veteran status. He snatches the card back again, scoffs at me and says "ugh veteran" before ignorantly stating that I have to have my "actual ID in the future, because this isn't acceptable and not every one will accept it". Last I checked, a state driver's license, which is a form of a state government issued identification card, is an actual ID, especially with the new Real IDs. Also, the veteran indicator on the ID, is literally the same thing as a VIC only it's through the stage instead of the VA.Gov. they serve the same purpose, as an ID card version to indicate honorable military prior service. I absolutely will not be returning to this location. The one in Hope Mills is only a slightly further drive, but at least there, I don't have to have my service to my country rudely treated in such a manner, over a 2 dollar discount. There's a proper way to handle this, then there's the rude, extremely unprofessional, and nasty way this employee handled it Do better.

There service could use work. Greeting when someone walks in, not making customers wait minutes at the counter to speak with someone.

Visiting family up the road. Stopped at 7:30pm only drive through open. Tried placing order their AI system had issue said getting team Member. After 3 minutes just waiting and 4 more cars just drove off and no car at window. Should be instant to get real person when issue with your AI. Just drove across street to WaWa for food. Lost a Customer if close dining room that early on a Friday.
