  Ordered my food via the app picked up my food in the process of receiving it I asked for some of that dressing the lady proceeded to tell me that I would half to come inside for it in the only car in line why do I half to park to come inside the whole point if me ordering on the app was so I didn’t half to come if you can’t provide what the customer needs in drive thru then why have one. Poor customer service

  Ordered a chicken bowl, price on menu board is not correct. Asked for mgr& i asked him if anything can be done. He said NO. So I said can I speak to His mgr he goes there is no one above me. Iam the General mgr, but he was rude. Talking bout well lije I said nothing I can do. He could have offered me some money back being that it wasnt my fault the menu is wrong. He needs some customer service training!! Ill spend my money else where. He was unprofessional & rude!

  Ok, so I give it a 3 star only because when a customer walks up to the counter to see what meat, vegetable, sauce etc. They want to add to their rice bowl, burrito, etc. I would like to see a clean grill,( the grill was dirty),the kitchen floor should be kept swept up( aluminum pan on floor), trash can by the hand sink overflowing with used plastic gloves all on the floor. The glass or window that you're looking at the food items was filthy, it should have been cleaned and the pans on the line needed to be changed out because the food looked dry and not appealing at all. Just try to teach your staff to do a little cleaning when they're not busy, because if the back of the house looks unappealing what do you think the customer might think of the food? Sorry for the long post, but I couldn't place a order because my eyes was to busy seeing what was unclean on the grill, floor, pans, etc. I wasn't about to eat anything, my hubby did, but I pass, I work in foodservice and I'm a manager so I know what a clean establishment should look like.

  Very disappointed overall. Quantity of food given was very small and the worker who wrapped my burrito did it so horribly that it was very difficult to eat without making a big mess.

  Waited in line for 15 minutes just to get up to counter and see they were essentially out of all rice beans and most meat. It can happen I suppose. Worse was that not a single employee explained anything to the 25 people waiting. They just walked around aimlessly and avoiding looking at customers. I overheard the manager state that online orders are priority but only to another employee. Nothing, I mean nothing, was conveyed to the customers in line. No idea when, or even if, food was being cooked. Trash management and employees that couldn’t care less. Sometimes there wasn’t even an employee in sight.
