On top of that, the chicken was surprisingly tough and hard to bite into, which is not what I expect when ordering here. To make matters worse, the workers forgot to include straws for both my drink and milkshake. It might seem like a small thing, but when multiple issues happen in one order, it really takes away from the overall experience. I usually expect better quality and attention to detail, so this visit was definitely disappointing. I hope they pay closer attention to food quality and order accuracy in the future.

I couldn’t get to the speaker to order because of all the mobile traffic. Usually this restaurant is a home run. Not this location. Very poor. Now if your idea of a good time is to sit in a drive thru for 30 minutes, become anxious that your not going to be on time to pick up your kid, pull into the mobile line and back out of the drive thru, leave without any food. Hey. This is your place. Enjoy. For the rest of us. No thanks. It’s management issue. If you have a grievance with this location. Please speak up so they can get someone in there that can live up to the Chic Fil A name.
