I had such a great experience at this locations Tropical Cafe. Meg, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very kind while taking my order, then went on to make my smoothie in record time! This made for a great experience and I will be sure to come back!

I came in for a smoothie, but I left witnessing a live-action fruit demolition derby. Reagan was behind the counter absolutely dismantling bananas at a speed that felt… legally questionable. I’m not saying she bent the laws of physics, but I am saying I blinked and the banana was already emotionally processed and in the blender.
There’s a quiet confidence to the way she works—like she’s done this in a past life as some kind of fruit ninja. If Tropical Smoothie ever starts competitive banana chopping as a spectator sport, I’m putting my life savings on Reagan.
Smoothie was great, but the real treat was the performance. 10/10 would come back just to watch history repeat itself.

I come here weekly with my daughter. The food, bowls, and smoothies are always awesome. Thank you Raegan and Eddie for today's outstanding service.
To the manager: Hi! I do order a lot from this location. Most of the time the food is pretty good. There has been several occurrences though where I order from the app, requesting a couple of the items be left off of my smoothie bowl (specifically the coconut flakes and chia seeds), and for whatever reason they still include them. (The receipt always has shown the request to have them removed.) So you may want to mention that to your employees. As far as my experience today goes which just occurred at 1:40pm on 3/19/26, the staff was pretty unprofessional unfortunately. I was greeted nicely by the cashier, (Ashley, according to my ticket), when I came in, which I appreciated. The blonde girl who was making the wraps and quesadillas started complaining to her coworker (who had dark brown hair/almost black) Out Loud (who was trying to focus on making smoothies) in front of at least 5 different customers for everyone to openly hear, about how the “older black lady” who had just came in, who “stood at the register not saying anything and not ordering” called to speak to a manager. The blonde girl was explaining that she told the lady there wasn’t a manager in. And she proceeded to tell her coworker how the lady told her she was calling to complain about the customer service bc she said they lacked hospitality skills bc she wasn’t greeted/helped when she came in. And the lady told her she’d be calling back to try to get in touch with a manager again. And the blonde girl sarcastically said to her coworker, “well, we won’t be answering”. (She wasn’t saying she told the lady that. She was just saying it sarcastically for after the fact. And she also mocked the situation by saying sarcastically, “you can leave a google review…” And as soon as she finished telling the story to that coworker, she proceeded to tell the Entire story again to the young female cashier once she was finished helping customers. (Again, out loud for all to hear…) It was incredibly unprofessional and made all of the girls, especially the blonde, look and sound very immature and unprofessional. And again, this was all while they were supposed to be preparing the food for all the customers. That was a conversation that should have been spoken about when zero customers were in. They really made themselves look bad and also very rude. When the blonde girl called my name and sat my bag down (once my food was finished), I told her thank you and she didn’t even respond to me. She walked away with an attitude, probably because she was too busy harping on the ordeal she just kept complaining about to her coworkers. Anyhow, I thought you should know what happened. I would want to know if I were the manager.
