- BCBob Honda civicApr 27, 20261.0I dont usually leave bad reviews, and I've tried giving this location a chance for MONTHS, but consistently without fail, I come to this location for an agave lemonade and it tastes expired. I've had several times where it tasted fizzy and would just throw it out. I know its not meant to taste like that, and I dont know what's with this location where the drinks always taste expired. When I would get the citrus punch before it was removed it was the same issue, thats actually why I started getting the agave lemonade! Now even that is starting to have that issue. I dont know what's in the water but its to the point I prefer to go to any other location thats not this one even though its the closest one to me. Thats how bad it is. Hopefully they make changes in the next few months.

The employee working the window (a girl wearing a blue long sleeve shirt) was extremely rude from start to finish. When she handed us our food, she did it in such a careless and aggressive way that it honestly felt like she threw it at us. My sister politely said “thank you,” and the employee completely ignored her and walked away without saying a word. I wasn’t even sure if we had received everything we ordered, so when she came back to the window, I asked if that was all. She just stared at us, said nothing, and walked away again as the window shut. Overall, the interaction felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service like this really takes away from the experience, and it’s disappointing to be treated that way over something as simple as picking up food.
