  I went to this location to order wings, and when we got home, we realized an entire order was missing. We decided to go back to the store to have it corrected. When we returned, the store was nearly empty, yet we still had to wait about 35 minutes for our order. Despite there being very few customers, the staff seemed to be preparing only one order at a time, which made the wait unnecessarily long. When we finally got home again and opened the food, we were extremely disappointed. There was a large amount of hair in the barbecue wings, making them completely inedible. We had no choice but to throw them away. To make matters worse, my wife had already eaten some of her wings before we noticed the issue, and she immediately became sick and started throwing up. This was a very upsetting and unacceptable experience.

  Wingstop has good wings, but everything else was disappointing. The wait time was excessive, even for a simple order. Staff seemed overwhelmed and there was no clear communication about delays. Management really needs to improve how they handle customers, orders, and overall service. I won’t be back anytime soon.

  Food took 45 minutes to over an hour to come out, and unfortunately it wasn’t worth the wait. The food was bland at best, and the overall taste was disappointing. Service was inattentive and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this place and won’t be returning.

  I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The food is always amazing every time I go and every time I place a order. The staff is so sweet. I wish that they would keep some of those specialty flavors around a little longer

  Gross incompetent manager!thier one day to shine and they blew it.ill never do business with them again. The store was loaded with people, some who put thier order in friday,and like me,given a specific pick up time .the store couldn't even give an estimate for when thier order would be ready.the store is grossly unprepared for superbowl.ill bet you the manager would complain they don't make enough,but what worth is thier incompetence??
